Application: 
Baking soda, that is, Sodium Bicarbonate (Sodium Bicarbonate), commonly known as "baking soda", "soda powder", "heavy Cao", white small crystal, in water solubility is less than sodium carbonate. It's an industrial chemical that can be toxic. Solids begin to decompose gradually into sodium carbonate, carbon dioxide and water above 50ºC, and decompose completely at 440ºC. Sodium bicarbonate is a acid salt formed after neutralization of strong base and weak acid. It is weakly basic when dissolved in water. This property can be used as a leavening agent in food preparation. Sodium bicarbonate will leave sodium carbonate after action, and excessive use will give the finished product an alkali taste.
